Neo-Geo Steering Wheel

Many thanks to Tony (Antonio Gonzalez jr.), an ex-SNK Employee for providing his circuit diagram to allow the use of an Optical Steering Wheel to play Neo-Geo Driving games such as Thrash Rally and Neo Driftout. This was demonstrated at various Trade Shows but sadly did not gather enough attention for SNK to put it into production.

The circuit simply connects inline between your Optical Wheel's encoder and the Left/Right pins of your Jamma Harness, no modifications re required to your Steering Wheel.
