MVS Label Project

Hyper64 ST-V F3 Irem Madonna
Adding -5 volts to your MVS harness
Part 2
Page 1 Page 2
First cut two lengths of the 18 gauge wire about 3 feet long. Strip all four ends.
Crimp a Jamma pin on one end of each wire.
Insert the ends of the wires with the Jamma pins into the harness, one on each side at positions E and 5. Be sure you have the Jamma pins turned in the right direction. They should match all the other pins.
Take the other ends of both wires and crimp the Male Molex pin onto them so you have both wires connected to the same pin.
Plug the connectors from the harness and the powersupply in halfway so you can double check where the new wire is going. Be sure it lines up with the white -5V line from the power supply. Once you are sure it is in the right position, seperate the two connectors and push the new wires into the connector until you feel it click in place.
This is what it should look like disconnected.
Plug it all together, and double check that the new wires you have added line up with the -5V line from the power supply.
Zip tie it all up and you are done.
That's it.
Now go play old Jamma games.
